  • Version Management
  • Book Distribution

What I Built

  • Built the admin - create and edit screens for both apps and books, 2,100 lines across four pages, which is most of what an app store actually is.

  • Wrote lib/github.ts, which reads a repository's latest GitHub release and picks out the .apk asset. That is how Veil's Android build reaches users without an APK ever passing through this server.

  • Wrote the Firestore data layer and the public app and book pages that read from it, including the legacy-field fallback for records created before the download URL was normalized.

  • Added the store's own privacy, terms, contact, and about routes, with robots and sitemap generated alongside them.

  • Wrote lib/seo.ts, which builds schema.org nodes for every app and book that reference the same #website and #person entities the root layout declares - so the whole catalog resolves into one graph rather than a pile of disconnected pages.
