ICP Developers' Community
A student-led developer community at Informatics College Pokhara, which I led before handing it over. Its application form runs a three-layer abuse defense - honeypot, then per-IP rate limiting, then hCaptcha - and deduplicates repeat applicants against a Resend audience, so there is no database behind the form at all. Built with a typed data layer, keyboard-chord navigation, and a /colophon that discloses AI assistance.

What I Built
Led the community as Ex-Lead, and built the parts that had to keep working after the handover.
Wrote the application form's three-layer abuse defense in cheapest-first order: a honeypot field, then a per-IP limiter in
lib/rate-limit.ts, then hCaptcha verification.Deduplicated repeat applicants against a Resend audience rather than standing up a database, so the form has no persistence of its own to maintain or migrate.
Wrote the Resend integration - an admin notification on every application and an acknowledgement to the applicant - leaving bounce handling to Resend rather than maintaining a suppression list.
Built the join page, the projects showcase, and
/colophon, which discloses AI assistance on the site itself.
